Coach Rob is the head coach for the 2029 Dukes Lacrosse Club. He Played division 1 Lacrosse at St. Joe’s University. -All-Philadelphia Second Team

-Two-time All-Central

-All Delco selection

-Scored 127 goals and 63 assists in a four-year career

-Scored 40+ goals in three consecutive seasons...

-Led team in goals (41) and assists as a senior

-Leading scorer in sophomore and junior seasons

-Helped squad to first District Championship and State Tournament appearances in program history

-Broke Garnet Valley's record for goals in a game (9)

-Team's 2010 Rookie of the Year

-Four-year varsity letter winner

-Played in the 2011 EPSLA game

Coach Matt is the head coach for the 2030 Dukes Lacrosse Club.

Coach Rory is the head coach for the 2029 Dukes Lacrosse Club.

High School: Captain of the 2001 State Champion (Ridley)

 

College: Two-time Cavalier captain. As a four-year starting attackman (2002-05), Friel collected 82 goals and 92 assists, putting him sixth on Cabrini’s all-time list in goals, second in assists, and fifth in total points (174). Cabrini’s Male Athlete of the Year award (among all sports).

 

Coaching:

-4 years as Cabrini University’s Offensive Coordinator.

-4 years as Springfield High School’s Assistant Coach

-3 years as Ridley High School Assistant
